2026 Lighting Catalog

LIGHTING CONTROLS General Requirements: Controls may be installed on existing lighting equipment or in conjunction with new equipment listed throughout the catalog. Sensors may control more than one fixture. Control costs should be itemized separately on invoice. For controls that are integral to new fixtures, provide supporting documentation to show the cost of the fixtures without controls included. ADVANCED LIGHTING CONTROLS Requirements: • Measure is for the installation of Networked Lighting Controls (NLC), Luminaire Level Lighting Controls (LLLC), or a combination of standard lighting control strategies (see details below). • NLC systems must be DLC NLC QPL (NLC5 or higher) and have the following Networked Lighting Controls capabilities set up and operational for individual fixtures: • Occupancy Sensing. • Zoning. • Individual Addressability. • Measure cannot be combined with other controls measures. • For the configuration report rebate, a PDF of the ANSI C137.9 System Configuration Report must be submitted along with rebate application. STANDARD LIGHTING CONTROLS Requirements: • Measure is for the installation of Occupancy/Vacancy, Daylighting, or Bi-Level Controls. Controls using more than one control strategy below should apply for Advanced Lighting Controls rebates. • For Occupancy and Interior Bi-Level Controls: • Must be ultrasonic, passive infrared, microwave, or dual technology occupancy/vacancy sensors. • Socket-based occupancy sensors do not qualify. • Timers do not qualify for standard rebates but may be eligible for custom incentives. • For Daylighting Controls: • Must be step dimmed with at least one level in addition to full power and off or continuous dimming controls. • For Exterior Bi-Level Controls: • Only eligible for parking garage and stairwell applications. • If passive infrared and/or ultrasonic occupancy sensors are used, system must have a failsafe feature (fails in “on”position). • Fixtures must operate in a low-standby light level during periods of low occupancy, and cannot exceed 50% of full wattage during unoccupied periods.
