LED LAMPS
General Requirements: All replacement lamp rebates are limited to 50% of the retail product cost. Product cost is the amount paid by the customer for qualifying equipment, excluding any Focus on Energy rebate credit, shipping, and sales tax.
LED MOGUL SCREW-BASE (E39) LAMP Requirements:
• Must be DLC SSL QPL listed (TRT V5.0 or higher) in the “Mogul (E39) Screw-Base Replacements for HID Lamps” category. • Interior medium screw-base (E26) lamps may be eligible if E39 option is DLC listed. Contact Focus on Energy for assistance. • Municipal roadway projects should refer to the policy on page 8.
