General Requirements: Rebate is limited to 50% of the retail product cost. Product cost is the amount paid by the customer for qualifying equipment, excluding any Focus on Energy rebate credit, shipping, and sales tax.
LED HIGH AND LOW BAY MOGUL SCREW-BASE (E39) LAMP Requirements:
• Must be DLC SSL QPL listed (TRT V5.0 or higher) in the “Mogul (E39) Screw-Base Replacements for HID Lamps” category. • Interior medium screw-base (E26) lamps may be eligible if E39 option is DLC listed. Contact Focus on Energy for assistance.
