REFRIGERATION SAVINGS FOR LIGHTING UPGRADES Requirements:
• For refrigerated warehouse spaces less than 35°F. Walk-in coolers and freezers are not eligible. • Only heat load reduction due to lighting upgrade from HID or fluorescent fixtures to LED fixtures are eligible. Lighting upgrade limited to fixtures that are eligible for the high and low bay measures on page 13 and linear ambient measures on page 11. • Refrigeration savings measure must be submitted at the same time the rebate application for the lighting upgrade is submitted. • Cooler space is defined as having evaporator temperatures from 10°F to 35°F. Freezer space is defined as having evaporator temperatures from -25°F to -15°F. • For new construction baseline fixture wattage, multiply installed fixture wattage by two.

GENERAL WATTAGE REDUCTION Requirements:
• The General Wattage Reduction measures can be used for LED to LED upgrades, products installed outside of their intended end-use and/or products not ENERGY STAR or DLC listed. Omnidirectional, Directional, and Decorative lamps are ineligible for rebates. • If fixtures are eliminated as a result of a lighting upgrade where the remaining fixtures are upgraded, the total watts reduced from the eliminated fixtures are eligible for rebates. Use available standard measures for quantity of fixtures upgraded. Not eligible for fixture removal only . • Pre-approval is required for projects requesting over $10,000 of rebates from these measures. • Where lamps are installed, rebates are limited to 50% of the retail product cost of the lamps. Product cost is the amount paid by the customer for qualifying equipment, excluding any Focus on Energy rebate credit, shipping, and sales tax.
