GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: • Rebates available for natural gas and propane heated greenhouses only. • Must work with your Energy Advisor to complete the Greenhouse Supplemental Data Sheet. A copy can be downloaded at focusonenergy.com/catalogs . • Rebates are limited to 50% of the project cost, including equipment and external labor. • Limited to facilities <100,000 ft 2 . Facilities ≥100,000 ft 2 may be eligible for custom incentives. Contact your Energy Advisor.
GREENHOUSE GLAZING Requirements:
GREENHOUSE CLIMATE CONTROLS Requirements: • Installed system must control heating and ventilation and have a minimum of two temperature stages. Provide a manufacturer’s specification sheet to document control panel requirements. • Daytime set points must be above 65 o F and active for at least 12 hours per day. Nighttime set points must be above 60 o F (but can not exceed daytime setpoint). • For retrofits, must not have a climate control system already installed. • For new construction, the baseline must be provided as if not installing a climate control system. GREENHOUSE THERMAL CURTAINS Requirements: • Installed thermal curtain must have an energy savings rating of 50% or higher. Provide a manufacturer’s specification sheet to document energy savings rating. • Primary heating distribution location must be underneath the curtain. • Thermal curtain must be installed above the plants. Curtains applied to sidewalls may be eligible for a custom incentive. Other glazing types may be eligible for a custom incentive.
