SPLIT SYSTEM AIR CONDITIONING – CONDENSING UNIT ONLY Requirements: • Complete Table B3 of the “2026 HVAC Rebate Requirements and Supplemental Data Sheet” for this measure. • The base rebate rate for meeting the minimum efficiency is $25/ton, with an additional $5/ton rebate for each 1.0 EER above the minimum efficiency. For example, a 15.00 ton, 12.1 EER condensing unit would be eligible for a $25/ton + (0.6 EER over minimum x $5/ton) = $28/ton rebate. • Rated AHRI efficiency must meet or exceed minimum ratings shown for EER. AHRI-rated cooling capacity and EER will be used to calculate the rebate. • Equipment ≥20.83 tons is not listed in the ahridirectory.org . For this equipment, provide manufacturer performance data sheet that indicates ratings are “at AHRI conditions”. • For multiple of the exact same model number, complete section 7 of the Rebate Application as follows: enter quantity @ tons each in the # of Units column (example: 3 @ 15.00). • Condensing units may be included in the Split and Packaged Systems Rebates (H4368, H4369, H4370, H4371) or the Condensing Unit Only Rebates (H3909), but not both.
