Customer Participation Reports Each participating utility and cooperative can track its customer or member participation through a customizable dashboard and a detailed data export. Data readily available to utilities includes unique participants, incentives paid, and energy savings delivered. Data can be modified by offering, energy efficiency measure, and/or period of time if desired.
