2024 Process Systems Catalog

EFFICIENT DESICCANT DRYERS Requirements: • Complete Table D of the “Process Systems Incentive Catalog Supplemental Data Sheet” for this measure. • For “Hours of Operation”, enter the total hours per year the compressed air system operates. • For “Air Compressor Type,” enter “single-acting, air-cooled reciprocating,” “double-acting, water-cooled reciprocating,” “single stage, lubricant-injected rotary screw,” “two-stage, lubricant-injected rotary screw,” “lubricant-free rotary screw,” “centrifugal,” or “other.” • Must replace a heatless desiccant dryer that uses compressed air to regenerate the desiccant. • Backup and redundant desiccant dryers are not eligible. • Use the CFM value of the dryer rating when calculating the incentive amount. • Efficient desiccant dryers which also have dewpoint controls may apply for this incentive and for PS4363, provided the dryer being replaced did not have dewpoint controls or this is a new installation and there was not an existing dryer.
