General Requirements: Incentives are available for replacing existing metal halide (MH) or mogul screw-base (E39), with light emitting diode (LED) replacement lamps. Manufacturer and model number(s) are required. Incentives are limited to 50% of retail product cost.
EXTERIOR LED MOGUL SCREW-BASE (E39) LAMP Requirements: • Must be DLC SSL QPL listed (TRT V5.0 or higher) in any one the following exterior primary use categories:

• Exterior medium screw-base (E26) lamps may be eligible for L3963 if E39 option is DLC listed or may be eligible for a custom incentive if no E39 option is available. Contact Focus on Energy for assistance. • Existing incandescent or high-wattage CFL upgrades are also eligible for this incentive. • UL TYPE B PRODUCTS – By signing the application, customers agree that necessary steps have been taken to ensure product, luminaire, and maintenance safety. • Customers applying for municipal roadway lighting MUST submit a copy of utility bill verifying customer is on a utility rate for customer owned streetlights. Utility owned streetlights are not eligible for incentives. LED FOUR PIN-BASE LAMP Requirements: • Must be DLC SSL QPL listed (TRT V5.0 or higher) in one of the following primary use categories: • Vertically/Horizontally-Mounted Lamps: • Replacement Lamps (“Plug and Play”) (UL Type A). • 2G11 Base Replacement Lamps: • Replacement Lamps ("Plug and Play") (UL Type A).
• Internal Driver/Line Voltage (UL Type B) Lamps. • 2-lamp External Driver (UL Type C) Lamps. • 3-lamp External Driver (UL Type C) Lamps. • Dual Mode Internal Drive (UL Type A or B).
