INTERIOR LIGHTING OTHER INTERIOR FIXTURES
General Requirements: Incentives are available for replacing or retrofitting existing incandescent, compact fluorescent lamp (CFL), or high intensity discharge (HID) with light emitting diode (LED) including new fixtures or fixture upgrades which meet the requirements as described in each of the sections below. All fixture replacements must result in a wattage reduction from the existing condition. Incentives are also available for replacing existing stairwell and passageway fixtures with LED as described in the stairwell and passageway section. Manufacturer and model number(s) are required. LED DOWNLIGHTS Requirements: • Fixtures must be listed on ENERGY STAR as a “Downlight Recessed,” “Downlight Solid State Retrofit,” “Downlight Surface Mount,” "Ceiling Mount", or "LED Surface Mount Ceiling Retrofit" fixture type and be intended for commercial use. • For replacement of incandescent, CFL or HID fixtures in interior applications. LED TRACK/ACCENT FIXTURES Requirements: • Complete Table A of the "Lighting Incentive Catalog Supplemental Data Sheet" for these measures.
• Fixtures must be listed on ENERGY STAR and in a category not defined by linear ambient (page 11) or downlight (page 14) measures. Eligible fixtures may also be DLC SSL QPL listed (TRT V5.0 or higher) in the “Track or Mono-point Luminaires” or “Wall-wash Luminaires” primary use categories. Fixtures must be intended for commercial use. • Must be permanently wired fixtures and include housing, lens, heat sink, driver, and light source.
