LED LINEAR AMBIENT FIXTURES Requirements:
• Must be DLC SSL QPL listed (TRT V5.0 or higher) in either “Direct Linear Ambient Luminaires,” “Linear Ambient Luminaires w/Indirect component,” “Retrofit Kits for Direct Linear Ambient Luminaires”, or "Specialty: Hazardous Direct Linear Ambient Luminaires" primary use categories. Fixtures ENERGY STAR® listed as under cabinet, cove, or linear strip are also eligible, provided they are a linear product and meet the wattage limits in the table below. • Fixtures which are DLC SSL QPL listed (TRT V5.0 or higher) in the Low-Bay General Application Category or the “Stairwell and Passageway Luminaires” primary use category are also eligible, provided they have a linear profile and meet the W/FT requirements in the table below. • For replacements, overall LED fixture length must match existing fluorescent fixture length, other LED configurations may qualify for a custom incentive. • This incentive is for the 1-for-1 replacement of surface mount or suspended linear T5, T8. or T12 fluorescent fixtures. • Recessed troffers (2X2, 1X4, and 2X4) and LED replacement lamps are not eligible under these incentives. • Fixtures that use a 2 lamp wide by 2 lamp long configuration (such as four 4-foot lamps to make an 8-foot fixture) should apply for L5445 for 1 or 2 lamp(s) in Cross Section. LED RETROFIT OF 8 FOOT FIXTURES Requirements: • Retrofit kit must be replacing an 8' fixture housing 8' lamps. The new 4' lamps must be DLC SSL QPL listed (TRT V5.0 or higher) and ≤24W per lamp. • 4' Tubular LED (TLED) lamps must be DLC SSL QPL listed (TRT V5.0 or higher) in one of the following primary use categories:
• Replacement Lamps (“Plug and Play”) (UL Type A) • Internal Driver/Line Voltage (UL Type B) Lamps
• 2-lamp External Driver (UL Type C) Lamps • 3-lamp External Driver (UL Type C) Lamps • 4-lamp External Driver (UL Type C) Lamps • Dual Mode Internal Driver (UL Type A or B) • Installed equipment must be a complete retrofit kit including, but not limited to, sockets, socket brackets, and/or channel covers. Detail must be provided on invoicing or spec sheets. • 4' TLED lamp only upgrades can be found on page 17. • UL TYPE B PRODUCTS – By signing the application, customers agree that necessary steps have been taken to ensure product, luminaire, and maintenance safety.
