• 24 to 35 inch fans must be greater than or equal to 15.8 lbf/kW. • 36 to 47 inch fans must be greater than or equal to 20.0 lbf/kW. • ≥ 48 inch fans must be greater than or equal to 24.5 lbf/kW.
• Test report must be included with Fan Application to verify performance. Acceptable test report sources include Bio-Environmental and Structural Systems (BESS) labs, an accredited Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) testing facility or other third party lab in accordance with AMCA/ANSI 210 or 230 test procedures. • Must operate a minimum of 4,000 hours annually to be eligible. • Full fan model number and fan diameter must be included on invoice.
