LED LAMPS Requirements:
• Must be DLC SSL QPL Listed (TRT V5.0 or higher) in one of the following: • Four-Foot Linear Replacement Lamps General Application Category. • T5/T5HO Four-Foot-Linear Replacement Lamps General Application Category. • U-Bend Replacement Lamps General Application Category.
• Two-Foot Linear Replacement Lamps General Application Category. • Eight-Foot Linear Replacement Lamps General Application Category. • UL Type A, B, and C lamps are eligible. • LED replacement lamps DLC listed as “Dual Mode Internal Drive (UL Type A or B”) may apply for the measure by which they are installed. • UL Type B Products - By signing the application, customers agree that necessary steps have been taken to ensure product, luminaire, and maintenance safety. • Measures MAY NOT be combined with fixture incentives. • Measures are not intended for refrigerated display case applications. • Refer to page 25 for exterior TLED measures.
