• Must be DLC SSL QPL listed (TRT V5.0 or higher) in one of the following: • Four-Foot Linear Replacement Lamps General Application Category. • T5/T5HO Four-Foot Replacement Lamps General Application Category. • U-Bend Replacement Lamps General Application Category. • Eight-Foot Linear Replacement Lamps General Application Category. • UL Type A, B, and C lamps are eligible.
• LED replacement lamps DLC listed as “Dual Mode Internal Driver (UL Type A or B)” may apply for the measure by which they are installed. • UL TYPE B PRODUCTS – By signing the application, customers agree that necessary steps have been taken to ensure product, luminaire, and maintenance safety. • Measure MAY NOT be combined with fixture incentives. • Refer to page 35 for interior TLED measures.
