SCREW-BASED LAMPS
General Requirements: Incentives are available for replacing existing metal halide (MH) or mogul screw-base (E39), with LED replacement lamps. Manufacturer and model number(s) are required. EXTERIOR LED MOGUL SCREW-BASE (E39) LAMP Requirements:
• Complete Table M of the “2024 Lighting Incentive Supplemental Data Sheet” for these measures. • Must be DLC SSL QPL listed (TRT V5.0 or higher) in any one the following exterior primary use categories:
UL Type B UL Type C
Outdoor Pole/Arm-Mounted Area and Roadway Luminaires
UL Type B
Outdoor Pole/Arm-Mounted Decorative Luminaires
UL Type C
Replacement Lamps
UL Type B UL Type C UL Type B UL Type C
Outdoor Full-Cutoff Wall-Mounted Area Luminaires
Parking Garage Luminaires
• Exterior medium screw-base (E26) lamps may be eligible for L3963 if E39 option is DLC listed or may be eligible for a custom incentive if no E39 option is available. Contact Focus on Energy for assistance. • For Replacing HID only. • Reference default system wattage table for common HID systems on page 53 for baseline input. Contact Focus on Energy for any system not listed. • UL TYPE B PRODUCTS – By signing the application, customers agree that necessary steps have been taken to ensure product, luminaire, and maintenance safety. • Customers applying for municipal roadway lighting MUST submit a copy of utility bill verifying customer is on a utility rate for customer-owned street lights. Utility-owned street lights are not eligible for incentives.
